WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please provide GavCom Media Productions with 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your event. After 48 hours of notice, you will be charged the full price for your event.

WHAT SIZE OF EVENTS DO YOU PRODUCE?
We produce events from 10 to 10,000 attendees. No event is too small or too large.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE IN-HOUSE AV COMPANY?
Clients are often told by the venue that they “must” use the in-house AV. You never have to use the in-house AV company. Venues will always allow outside AV companies to provide services, however, there may be conditions. Before you sign on the dotted line, make sure you ask the venue if there are any outside AV fees (and make sure you try to negotiate these fees!). You should also ensure that there are no union requirements in the venue that require you to use in-house labour or similar requirements if you are rigging equipment.

DO YOU RENT AV EQUIPMENT TO INDIVIDUALS OR FOR PRIVATE PARTIES?
We currently only offer audio visual services to corporations. Unfortunately, we are unable to support individuals or private parties.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY AV SERVICES?
​As soon as possible! Depending on the size of your event, we recommend at least five business days before the event to give us time in case of changes or a site inspection is required.
